Veteran New Jersey Real Estate Attorney Joe Demarco and Two Associates Join Scarinci Hollenbeck

DeMarco is a veteran attorney and municipal administrator with significant experience leading complex, large-scale development projects.

DeMarco brings a unique perspective to the firm's clients, with more than twenty years of experience serving public and private entities. As Somerset County Counsel and former municipal administrator for Bayonne and West New York, he has been directly involved in the redevelopment and governance issues that shape New Jersey communities. At the same time, he has represented private developers, investors, and businesses in land use, real estate transactions, and regulatory compliance.
