SOMMA Foods Expands Sales Team with New West Coast Hire
Michelle Reitzin-Bass named Director of Sales, West
DALLAS, April 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- SOMMA Foods, an innovative foodservice company that provides clean label, great tasting food products, today announced Michelle Reitzin-Bass as director of sales for the Western U.S., effective April 29.
Reitzin-Bass will be responsible for establishing SOMMA's presence as a leading provider of clean label chicken, beef and dairy products for foodservice in the region, and will immediately begin managing relationships with the company's West Coast customers.

Reitzin-Bass has more than 30 years of experience in foodservice sales and marketing. Prior to joining SOMMA, she served as director of sales and marketing at Buena Vista Foods, where she was responsible for the success of 350 K-12 accounts. She also played a key role in the growth and sales success of Integrated Food Service and Don Lee Farms.
Reitzin-Bass previously served as an industry advisor to the California School Nutrition Association (CSNA), and will join the SOMMA sales team at the organization's Child Nutrition and Industry Summit in Monterey, CA, April 30 – May 2. She also maintains memberships to industry organizations including the School Nutrition Association (SNA), California Restaurant Association (CRA) and American Commodity Distribution Association (ACDA).
