Greyhouse Coffee & Supply Company has been the anchor tenant at 100 Northwestern Avenue, locally known as the Miller Building, since 2008. "Upon acquiring 100 Northwestern Avenue we immediately entered into conversations with Greyhouse Coffee in hopes of retaining them as our anchor tenant. We also hoped to assist them in expanding their already robust business footprint near Purdue University. This newly executed lease will help them to grow their operations and continue to serve the West Lafayette community. The acquisition of 100 Northwestern Avenue was the most recent of several joint ventures between South Street Capital and T2 Capital Management. Prior joint ventures between the two firms have focused on repositioning properties near Purdue University and in downtown Chicago.
