Speakeasy Dispensary to Open Princeton Location in Western Kentucky

A new medical cannabis dispensary brings expanded patient access to Caldwell County.

PRINCETON, Ky., April 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Speakeasy Dispensary will officially open its newest Kentucky medical cannabis location at 108 E. Main St., Princeton, KY 42445, further expanding access for patients in Caldwell County and surrounding communities.

The dispensary will open to registered medical cannabis patients on Friday, April 10 at 11:00 AM.

Located in the heart of downtown Princeton, the space reflects Speakeasy's approach to blending local character with a comfortable, patient-first experience. The thoughtfully designed environment offers a welcoming introduction before patients enter the main sales floor, where trained team members provide personalized guidance and education tailored to each individual's needs.

Opening weekend will feature an on-site low-cost patient drive, offering new and existing patients an affordable, streamlined path to obtaining or renewing their Kentucky medical cannabis card.

In partnership with the Kentucky Cannabis Industry Association and LexMed & Wellness, the patient drives will be held Friday April 10 from 11am - 7pm and Saturday April 11 from 11am to 5pm. Appointments will take place with a licensed provider in a mobile unit on-site, allowing patients to complete the full process, including evaluation, notary, and state submission, in one visit.

Patients can sign up for an appointment by clicking here. The appointment fee is $25, and an additional $25 state fee is due during document submission to the state portal. The $25 state fee is waived for anyone who received a valid medical card in 2025.

As Kentucky's medical cannabis market continues to develop, product availability and selection will continue to grow alongside additional cultivators and processors entering the space. In addition to flower and gummies, Speakeasy Princeton plans to have an expanded menu shortly after opening which will include vapes and concentrates, along with a new variety of gummies.
