As new executive directors of business development, Mark Wilhelm will focus upon the Western United States and Andrea Velasco will dedicate her time to the Rocky Mountain Region and Southwestern United States.

Based in the Seattle, WA area, Mark Wilhelm brings decades of healthcare knowledge to Specialdocs, including a considerable amount of expertise specific to the concierge medicine sector. Most recently, as Director of Business Development for Aramark Healthcare, Mark developed customized solutions for healthcare systems looking to outsource key departmental functions. Previously he consulted with internists and family physicians considering a transition to membership medicine, and founded an independent sales/consulting company specializing in medical devices for plastic surgery and medical aesthetics. He also worked in business development for pharmaceutical companies including Allergan Medical, Enzon BioPharmaceuticals and Glaxo SmithKline. Mark received a bachelor's degree in marketing and finance from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
Andrea Velasco, based in Highlands Ranch, CO, has earned accolades throughout her 18 years in the healthcare sector, specializing in consultative selling and developing strategic partnerships with clients. As a sales executive at Greenway Health, she excelled at offering practice management software solutions to ambulatory practices, was a top-ranked territory manager at Sanofi and Insulet, and consistently earned recognition for outstanding performance at Roche Diagnostics and Genesee Biomedical. A graduate of Armstrong Atlantic University in Savannah, GA, Andrea also earned certification as a professional sales and career coach from the International Coach Academy in Melbourne, Australia.
