For this recipe, Spindrift sourced juice from the best-tasting fruit grown in the yuzu groves of Japan and mandarins from lush groves in California.

After years of requests from the "Drifters" community, the Spindrift innovation and sourcing teams set out to find a supplier that would honor the incredible flavor and subtleties of yuzu. Spindrift's dedication to unexpected flavors and innovation – they were the first to introduce real squeezed fruit to sparkling water – has made them a category leader in the beverage space at large.
From June 23rd to August 8th, guests at Momofuku Noodle Bar (East Village and Uptown) will receive complimentary cans of Spindrift® Yuzu Mandarin and have the chance to experience limited-edition dishes inspired by Yuzu Mandarin. Guests can enjoy Tempura Dorade with snap peas, watercress, horseradish and a lemon vinaigrette at Noodle Bar East Village, and Roasted Garlic Noodles with Blue Prawns with miso and asparagus at Noodle Bar Uptown. Any guest who orders one of the new dishes will also receive an exclusive co-branded tote commemorating the collaboration while supplies last.
