Spring Manor Apartments Shows Appreciation to Residents; Sets Itself Apart from the Competition

LANCASTER, Pa., June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Spring Manor Apartments, owned by Rubin Schron, founder of Cammeby's International Group, recently held its first annual "Breakfast-on-the-Go" as a way of showing appreciation to their valued residents' continued loyalty to the residential community.

On May 7, Spring Manor team members assembled bags with muffins, apples and juice to be handed out, along with the morning edition of The Lancaster New Era, to their delighted work-bound residents.

"Our main goal is to maintain positive relationships with our residents," said Mary Berry, property manager at Spring Manor Apartments of Cammeby's International. "We want people to truly feel at home in our communities; events such as this help foster connections with our residents based on bonds of friendship."

For residents who either did not have work or who could not leave their homes, Spring Manor team members delivered "Breakfast-on-the-Go" treats and the morning news to their apartments.

Berry added, "We want to go above and beyond the landlord-tenant relationship -- to demonstrate that Spring Manor Apartments is not only a place to live, but a community of friends. Our Breakfast-on-the-Go definitely helped to reinforce that connection with our valued residents."

The Breakfast-on-the-Go is the latest in a series of special actions Spring Manor has taken to show appreciation for their residents. On April 26, the management team placed individually wrapped pretzels at the door of every apartment with a note saying: "Today is National Pretzel Day. The staff at Spring Manor would like to say how much we appreciate our residents today!"

Spring Manor Apartments features one- and two-bedroom floor plans with up to 755 square feet of living space.

All homes are cable ready, have high-speed Internet access and feature a refrigerator, air conditioning, carpeting, spacious closets and a washer/dryer unit in the basement of each building, as well as additional storage in the basement. Water is included in the monthly rent and select units feature a dishwasher.
