Ingredients:
2 pouches (2.6 oz.) StarKist Tuna Creations® BOLD Spicy Korean Style with Gochujang
4 Corn tortilla "taco sliders"
Mango Salsa:
¼ cup reduced sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
½ cup diced mango
2 Tsp. chopped scallions
2 Tbsp. chopped red pepper
½ Tsp. lime zest
1 Tsp. lime juice
Directions:
- Warm tortillas in oven until just warmed.
- Meanwhile, mix salsa ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place tortillas on a platter. Top each with a half pouch of tuna. Top with 2 Tbsp. salsa.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
