Starwood Capital Promotes Tim Abram to Head of Asset Management, Europe

Expands Firm's Bench of Leaders Focused on Value Creation and Deal Execution in the Region

MIAMI, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Starwood Capital Group ("Starwood Capital"), a leading global private investment firm, today announced the promotion of Tim Abram to Head of Asset Management, Europe. Mr. Abram brings to his new role deep expertise managing commercial and hospitality assets globally, having worked in the firm's global equity business for more than a decade, and serving as Co-Head of the firm's Global Hotel Group since 2024. In addition to this new role, Mr. Abram will retain the title of Head of International Hotels.

Based in London, Mr. Abram has been with the firm since 2015 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2023 and Co-Head of Global Hotels in 2024. Mr. Abram's experience includes corporate acquisitions and investments across most real estate sectors. Prior to joining Starwood, Mr. Abram was an Associate Director in Real Estate, Lodging & Leisure Investment Banking at UBS in London, working across M&A, equity and debt capital markets product groups. Prior to UBS, he worked in the Distressed Debt Group at Citi in London.
