Mark Anderson's transition to Chairman marks the culmination of over 30 years of transformative leadership at Stateside. After taking the helm alongside Michael Behm, Anderson focused on scaling the business year-over-year—instituting disciplined financial management, forging key industry partnerships like Advocus, and building the strongest talent bench in the firm's history. Anderson also spearheaded Stateside's swift pivot during the COVID-19 pandemic to introduce new, high-value service offerings, protecting client programs and positioning the firm for resilient, long-term growth.

Johnathan joined Stateside in January 2016, and has played a pivotal role in recruiting elite talent, establishing key practice areas, and significantly expanding the firm's consulting division.
