This accreditation further demonstrates Stefanini's commitment to quality service delivery. This independent assessment was conducted by National Quality Assurance (NQA), an accredited organization under the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board.

With this award, Stefanini has five global delivery centers with ISO 9001 certification including Bucharest, Romania; Brussels, Belgium; Davenport, Iowa; Southfield, Michigan, and now Manila, Philippines.
Stefanini has earned the right to display the coveted NQA Quality Shield and ISO 9001 logo to demonstrate its conformance to the standard. ISO 9001 was first introduced in 1987 and requires organizations to demonstrate they have a quality management system in place to ensure consistency and improvement, leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Certified organizations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed annually to ensure progress is being maintained.
