Stellar MLS Expands into Hernando County, Florida

Move follows the merger of Stellar MLS shareholder West Pasco Board of REALTORS® with Hernando County Association of REALTORS®

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla., Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Stellar MLS, one of the largest and most influential multiple listing services in the nation, today announced its expansion into Hernando County. The move follows the merger of Stellar MLS shareholder West Pasco Board of REALTORS® and the Hernando County Association of REALTORS® and expands Stellar's coverage to more than 19 counties in the state.

As part of the merger, Hernando County's single-association MLS will be discontinued, and Stellar MLS will serve as the exclusive MLS provider to the newly merged West Pasco Hernando REALTORS® (WPHR). Stellar MLS now serves more than 19 counties across Central, Southwest, and North Florida and provides continuous coverage along Florida's Gulf Coast from Charlotte to Citrus counties.
