Sterling Acquires National Crime Check, an Australian Leader in Pre-Employment Background Screening

NEW YORK, Nov. 26, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Sterling, one of the world's largest and most successful background screening [and HR solutions] companies, announced today that it has acquired National Crime Check, a leader in the provision of automated police checks based in Australia. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

National Crime Check (NCC) is widely recognized for its high-quality service, superior technology and automation, and its deep client-centric focus. NCC operates out of Adelaide, South Australia.
