Arnold will serve in an active leadership role, working directly with Founder and CEO Steven Woods and the Company's executive team to provide strategic oversight, with a focus on advisor recruitment, operational excellence, strategic partnerships, and the continued scaling of Stirlingshire's growth initiatives.

Arnold brings decades of wealth management experience. During his tenure at LPL Financial, he helped guide the growth of one of the largest independent wealth management platforms in the United States and developed longstanding relationships with advisors, enterprise leaders, branch organizations, and recruiting professionals across the industry.
