Boender has joined as a partner in the firm's corporate practice group in Portland. Boender is a former partner with K&L Gates in Portland, where he concentrated his practice primarily on corporate and securities law.
Boender's practice focuses on corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, venture capital and emerging growth companies, and securities compliance. He has represented clients in a wide array of industries ranging from semiconductors and software to agriculture and manufacturing.
