Stonestreet Studios Produces Three New Pilot Projects in LA January 2017 at Raleigh Studios

"Subpar PAC," a comedy series written and directed by Chris Modoono ("Tenured", "Teacher of the Year") follows Dani Cassell, who, disgusted with the current state of the world, invites her closest Facebook friends out to Los Angeles to start a new super PAC, and actually be the change that they want to see in the world. First step, figuring out what a super PAC actually is.

"Three Faces" is a three-part limited anthology drama series written by Christopher Naoki Lee ("Office on the Hill", "Atarax") and directed by Dustin Elm. There is an old proverb that says we have three faces. One we show to the world. One we show to our friends. And one we only show ourselves. When three young graduates attend a day party, we see a glimpse of the lives they share with others and the secrets they hold closely. Through three episodic vignettes, the question of perception comes to light from the eyes of the youth.

"Nowhere Girl," third of the trio, is a new pilot written and directed by creative team Gary O. Bennett and Alyssa Rallo Bennett "Videola," "Smoking/Non-Smoking," "Paradise by the Dashboard Light"), respectively. Christopher Naoki Lee and Alyssa Bennett will direct. The series, a mystery with a dark comedic flare, follows young movie star Harper Holt, her "ward" going through rehab during spring break along with a group of 20-somethings, including a poet, engineer, journalist and "the girl from nowhere".

The three projects begin production January 3, 2017 and expect to partner up with a distributor for a 2017 release.
