Stratos Wealth Partners, an RIA catering to hybrid, independent and W2 advisors, recruited 7 advisors representing an estimated $1 billion of total client assets in 2024. The firm began 2024 on a positive note by bringing aboard former Osaic-affiliated Pettinelli Financial Partners of Redwood City, California, with $700 million in total client assets.

Pettinelli President Jon Pettinelli said he chose Stratos because his team "wanted a hybrid firm with multiple custodians that could help us create efficiencies and scale to enable our continued growth. Among the firm's successes in 2024 was the successful recruitment of a breakaway team of seasoned advisors from RBC Wealth Management who formed Reno Tahoe Wealth Management with $500 million in client assets.
