Stream Realty Partners' Orange County Office Division Expands with New Hires

IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a full-service national real estate investment, development and services company, announces the expansion of its Orange County office division with the hiring of Brett Kluewer as Senior Vice President and Peter Joyce, Vice President.

Kluewer and Joyce previously served in various capacities in the office division at Colliers International. During his 12-year tenure, Kluewer was Senior Vice President, representing tenants such as Microsoft, Neudesic, PriceSpider, First Service Residential, Coca Cola, Mutual of Omaha, Emcor and Crown Castle.

Through Colliers' and Kluewer's guidance, Joyce was able to further his market and industry knowledge and work with clients from local building owners to global insurance companies on both the Landlord & Tenant sides.

The Orange County office market continues to be robust. There has been substantial positive absorption in the Class A product in South County with more than 500,000 square feet of positive absorption year-to-date, while average direct rents in Class B product have surpassed $2.50 full service gross throughout the county.
