New wellness studio brings practitioner-assisted stretching to New City and surrounding Rockland County communities

For owner Vito Sardanopoli, the decision to bring Stretch Zone to New City was rooted in a personal appreciation for mobility and a desire to introduce a service he believes can benefit his own community.

The studio's opening addresses what Vito Sardanopoli sees as a gap in the local wellness market.

Getting to introduce practitioner-assisted stretching to the county is a privilege." 

A Personalized Approach to Stretching 

Stretch Zone uses a proprietary stretching method that incorporates a specially designed stretching table and strapping system. The system helps stabilize portions of the body while a trained practitioner works with the targeted muscles, allowing for a controlled, personalized stretching experience.

Stretch Zone New City is Vito Sardanopoli's first business as a retail business owner and his first experience in franchising. Prior to opening the studio, his career was primarily on the corporate side, where he worked as an executive and advisor in technology and cybersecurity in roles focused on strategy, process and accountability. 

The Stretch Zone franchise model offered an opportunity to combine that professional experience with a direct connection to his local community.
