SAN JOSE, Calif., Aug. 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Santa Clara Superior Court administration has spared no expense in creating a $230 million-dollar architectural masterpiece on the corner of St. James Street and North First Street in downtown San Jose. Court administration chose to go into massive debt to finance a building they can't afford while shortchanging their courtroom workers who have gone 8-years without a pay raise.
