The 2025 Subaru Ascent and 2025 Subaru Forester and Forester Hybrid, excluding the Wilderness trim for Forester, earned a 2025 TOP SAFETY PICK award from the institution, marking the Subaru Forester's 19^th IIHS TOP SAFETY PICK award.

The IIHS' updated moderate overlap front test adds an additional dummy seated behind the driver to better test back seat passenger safety.

The 2025 Subaru Solterra is available in Premium, Limited, Touring, and new Touring Onyx Edition trim levels and has a lower starting price for 2025 of $38,495 MSRP (before applicable federal, state, or local tax credits) and is available now at Subaru retailers nationwide.
