A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Bill began his career as a U.S. Army Airborne Combat Engineer, earning his Ranger tab and Master Parachutist badge. He later earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and went on to lead global teams across both public and private sector organizations. His career includes executive roles at Core BTS, Single Digits, and most recently Cirrus Systems, where he drove operational transformation and delivery innovation across software, infrastructure, and customer experience.
