Sundock Joins PhyMed as Chief Legal Officer
NASHVILLE, Tenn., Jan. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Jon Sundock, who has more than 25 years of legal experience primarily in the healthcare industry, has been named Chief Legal Officer at PhyMed Healthcare Group, a physician-led and owned leader of anesthesia and pain management services.
Sundock will provide legal counsel to the organization, will also work with the executive team to execute PhyMed's business development and mergers and acquisitions strategies, and will oversee compliance and risk management initiatives.
Most recently, Sundock served as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for Solantic Corporation, an urgent care provider based in Nashville. He was also Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary at Renal Advantage in Nashville, and held legal positions at Aveta Health, Gambro Healthcare, PhyCor Inc. and Waller, Landsen, Dorch & Davis.
He earned his B.A. from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law.
