(NYSE: PVG) after the close of trading on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 subject to the merger approval by a majority vote of the outstanding limited partnership units of Penn Virginia GP Holdings, L.P. to be held on March 9, 2011.
Targa Resources Corp. owns the general partner interest, incentive distribution rights and a significant limited partner interest in Targa Resources Partners, L.P. (NYSE: NGLS). Targa Resources Partners, L.P. is a MLP involved in midstream natural gas and natural gas liquids services.
