
Swig Equities Appoints Newmark Knight Frank as Exclusive Agent for Swig Equities' 80 Broad Street
NEW YORK, Aug. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Swig Equities is pleased to announce that it has named Newmark Knight Frank as the new exclusive leasing agent for 80 Broad Street, a 400,000 square foot commercial office building located in the heart of Manhattan's FiDi (Financial District) neighborhood.

80 Broad Street, built in 1930 and designed by architects Sloan & Robertson, is a 36-story 400,000 square foot, recently renovated, first class office building. The property is free standing with windows on all four sides offering abundant light, air and unobstructed views from the tower floors.
