Sym-Tech Solidifies Partnership with Amynta to Deliver North American Growth

TORONTO and NEW YORK, March 28, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Sym-Tech Dealer Services is joining The Amynta Group's North American automotive warranty businesses. A continuation of the relationship the companies established in 2013, Amynta's acquisition of Sym-Tech Dealer Services is the culmination of Sym-Tech's efforts to find a partner that provides complementary resources, relationships and industry expertise.
