Deal Strengthens Company's Position as a Leader in Retirement

Rowe Price, a global investment management firm and a leader in retirement, today announced a definitive agreement to purchase Retiree, Inc., a fintech firm that offers innovative retirement income planning software. Terms of the deal were not disclosed; the transaction is expected to close during the second quarter of 2023, subject to satisfaction of certain closing conditions.
