Of the 12 vendors assessed in the study, Tagetik scored within the top 5 of the three other use cases included in the study: public/private (less than $250M) with 3.81, public (more than $1B) with 3.66, and enterprise business unit with 3.77 -- all scores out of a possible 5.

The Gartner report assessed the 12 CPM providers in the following weighted functional areas: consolidation and close, complex consolidation and close, financial budget planning and forecasting, complex financial budget planning and forecasting, disclosure management, ease of maintenance/upgrade, strategic CPM, ease of use, and ease of implementation. The report then applied weighted scores to each use case.
