MIAMI, April 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- For a limited time, Pollo Tropical is bringing back its popular Tangy Pineapple Chicken Wrap, Tangy Pineapple Chicken Salad and crispy Cheese Empanadas.

The Tangy Pineapple Chicken Wrap features pineapple grilled with olive oil, citrus-marinated, flame-grilled chicken breast, Monterey Jack cheese, chipotle mayo, cumin and a hint of black pepper, wrapped in a thin flatbread and finished on the grill press.
The Tangy Pineapple Salad features grilled pineapple, sweet corn, roasted red peppers and citrus-marinated, flame-grilled chicken breast, atop a bed of romaine lettuce and served with mango poppy seed vinaigrette dressing. The Cheese Empanadas are crispy, sweet corn empanadas filled with creamy, melted cheese. The empanadas can be paired with any one of the 10 zesty tropical signature sauces on Pollo Tropical's famous Saucing Island®.
