Taste of the Master Chefs Welcomes Award-Winning Artists Rivers Rutherford and Kelley Lovelace to its Masters Week Event
AUGUSTA, Ga., April 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Taste of the Master Chefs, Inc. today announced award-winning artists Rivers Rutherford and Kelley Lovelace will perform at its Masters Week evening event, Friday, April 7 at the West Lake Country Club. It was announced by TOMC chief executive officer Laurie Merrill.
Lovelace's songs have been recorded by Brad Paisley, Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Kenney Chesney, Keith Urban, Rascal Flatts, Sheryl Crow, Scotty McCreary, Montgomery Gentry, and many others. Among his recordings are 21 Top 10 Billboard / R&R / Mediabase hits, 16 of which have reached the #1 spot.
Lovelace has also received Song of the Year nominations for "He Didn't Have To Be," co-written with and recorded by Brad Paisley, from the Country Music Association (CMA), the Academy of Country Music (ACM), and the TNN Music Awards. Kelley's first Grammy nomination came in 2002 in the Best Country Song category for "The Impossible," recorded by Joe Nichols and co-written with Lee Miller.
Rutherford has written and co-written songs with artists such as Tim McGraw, Montgomery Gentry, Gretchen Wilson, Kenny Chesney, Trace Adkins, and Brooks & Dunn. His Grammy-nominated songs include Brad Paisley and Dolly Parton's duet "When I Get Where I'm Going," and he won both the 2002 Billboard and 2002 ASCAP Song of the Year Awards.
