KNOXVILLE, Tenn., June 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Team Health Holdings Inc. ("TeamHealth") (NYSE: TMH), one of the largest providers of outsourced healthcare professional staffing and administrative services to hospitals and other healthcare providers in the United States, today announced that it plans to refinance, subject to market conditions, its existing credit facility and replace it with a new $575 million senior credit facility.
The new senior credit facility is expected to include a five-year revolving line of credit of approximately $165 million, a five-year term loan of approximately $110 million and a seven-year term loan of approximately $300 million. The company intends to use these new financing sources to repay $402.7 million of term loans outstanding and to replace and upsize the $125 million revolving line of credit provided under its existing senior credit facility for general corporate purposes.
J.P. Morgan Securities, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, Citigroup and Goldman Sachs are arranging the refinancing.
