Previously, as Chief Commercial Officer at Magnolia Medical Technologies, he transformed the company into a rapidly growing entity, achieving 26 consecutive quarters of sales growth and increasing revenues from $2 million to nearly $30 million annually. He also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Invuity, Inc. where he led the company to 17 consecutive quarters of double-digit sales growth, elevating revenues from $3 million to $50 million, culminating in a successful IPO in 2015 and the company's acquisition by Stryker in 2018.
