DALLAS, June 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Ryan, LLC today announced that Terry Orr has joined the leadership team as a Principal to support the continued growth of the Firm's Fraud and Forensic Recovery practice. He will be based in Ryan's Dallas, Texas office.

Mr. Orr has extensive Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) experience investigating cases for Global 5000 companies related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and has a proven history of providing successful dispute advisory, fraud and government investigation, and breach of contract services. He also brings a wealth of experience testifying as an expert witness. Mr. Orr has more than 25 years of experience as an independent auditor of both public and private companies, investigating and resolving accounting and general business issues and disputes and specializing in the manufacturing, distribution, high tech, hospitality, healthcare, real estate, energy, and gaming industries.

Prior to joining Ryan, Mr. Orr was the Senior Managing Director of FTI Consulting, a leading forensic practice located in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Orr has also served as a Partner at several major accounting firms. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Orr earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
