The world-class steakhouse offers an all-you-can-eat, continuous dining experience featuring various cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and sausage, prepared over an open flame and carved tableside by the restaurant's gauchos—Brazilian cowboys from Southern Brazil. Guests use the signature red and green cards to signal when they'd like more cuts of meat or when they're ready for a pause.
In addition to the succulent meats, diners can enjoy a gourmet salad area with more than 50 delicious items, including imported cheeses, charcuterie, Brazilian black beans, seafood, roasted vegetables, and the ever-tempting lobster bisque. The award-winning wine list, rich in South American varietals, enhances the experience, while the full bar offers craft cocktails—including the traditional Caipirinha—plus a wide selection of spirits and beers.
To end on a sweet note, guests can indulge in desserts such as house-made Brazilian flan, triple-layer chocolate mousse cake, cheesecake, and more, all served à la carte.
