The Company's new name reflects the increasing breadth and scope of its product lines and the value-added services it provides to its customers and suppliers and will not affect any contractual obligations. In addition to the name change, the Company has also announced that its registration statement, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") on November 25, 2009 pursuant to Section 12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act"), was deemed effective January 24, 2010. Going forward, the Company intends to file with the Commission and make available to the investor community customary Exchange Act reports, including annual reports on Form 10-K, quarterly reports on Form 10-Q and 8-K filings.
