Mr. Gochberg participated in a panel discussion titled "What Renters Want: Innovations in Management".

The industry experts discussed new ways and techniques asset managers are using to improve revenues, lower costs and raise NOI. Subject of technology investments, time management as well as new roles of property and asset managers were also examined.  Overall, the panel touched on innovative methods to improve cash flow, NOI and long-term asset value.
