The 100 Food Journey, a tale of Indian Cuisine, invites Hudson Valley diners to explore the Third Voyage, a newly updated seasonal menu showcasing aromatic regional specialties and celebrating the ever evolving flavors of the Hudson Valley.

NEWBURGH, N.Y., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The 100 Food Journey, a Tale of Indian Cuisine is taking Hudson Valley diners on another flavorful adventure with its Third Edition, "The Third Voyage: An Autumn-to-Winter Culinary Journey." The latest menu continues the restaurant's distinctive concept of introducing a new culinary journey every 100 days.

Located at 34 Plank Road in Newburgh, the restaurant celebrates India's extraordinary culinary diversity through a new menu every 100 days, inspired by regional traditions, seasonal ingredients and contemporary creativity.

"We couldn't fit all of India on a plate… so we created a journey."

"Most restaurants invite you back for your favorite dish. We invite you back to discover your next favorite," said Glaxon Geevarghese, Partner & Director of Brand & Strategic Impact. "Our vision is to give guests a reason to rediscover Indian cuisine every 100 days. The address stays the same, but the destination changes. And thankfully, no passport, extra baggage or jet lag is required."

A Taste of the Third Voyage

As autumn transitions into winter across the Hudson Valley, the Third Voyage celebrates the comforting richness of Indian cuisine, where aromatic spices, slow-cooked recipes and ghee, often celebrated as India's culinary liquid gold bring depth, richness and comforting flavors to the colder months.

The menu features regional specialties including Mumbai Vada Pao, Tellicherry Pepper Mussels, Kolhapuri Chicken Rassa, Rajasthani Laal Maas, Meen Pollichathu, Plantain Kofta Pumpkin Curry and 12-Hour Dal Makhani. Seasonal desserts such as Pumpkin & Cinnamon Obsession and Cardamom Kiss complete the experience.

At the helm of the culinary journey is Tarun Arora, Managing Partner & Executive Chef, who brings more than 18 years of experience across luxury hospitality and international culinary operations. His career includes leadership roles at Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity and Andaz Delhi, along with international experience at Carnival Cruise Lines in the United States. Having also participated in culinary masterclasses with renowned French chef Alain Ducasse, Arora combines global culinary influences with a deep appreciation for India's regional flavors and traditions.

"As autumn gives way to winter, Indian kitchens come alive with the comforting aromas of slow-cooked dishes, warming spices and ghee, our beloved liquid gold," said Arora. "From cinnamon and cloves to cardamom and ginger, these ingredients bring richness, depth and warmth to the table. With our Third Voyage, we are celebrating generations of culinary traditions while creating new stories, one dish at a time."

"Authenticity and creativity are at the heart of everything we do," added Thomas Varghese, Chief Culinary Operations. "From traditional slow-cooking techniques to contemporary presentations, our goal is to celebrate India's culinary heritage while giving guests something fresh and memorable with every edition."

Beyond the Plate

The experience extends beyond the menu with The Machaan, the restaurant's intimate treehouse inspired private dining space, offering a distinctive setting for celebrations, private gatherings and special occasions.

"Great hospitality is about creating memories, not simply serving meals," said Lijo John, Director Experiences. "Whether it is a family celebration, an anniversary or an evening with friends, we want every visit to feel personal. Our new menu every 100 days gives guests another reason to return and experience something different."

At Neelantara – Horizon of Blue, the restaurant's signature bar, Indian-inspired ingredients and contemporary mixology add another dimension to the culinary journey.

"Our cocktails are an extension of the stories coming from the kitchen," said Abhishek Bolla, Mixology Experience Director. "India's spices, herbs and botanicals offer endless inspiration, allowing us to create drinks that are familiar yet unexpected."

One Address. A New Journey Every 100 Days.

Following its June 2026 grand opening and summer-inspired Second Voyage, The 100 Food Journey continues to establish itself as an evolving culinary destination in the Hudson Valley.

"Every 100 days, a new journey. No passport, extra baggage or jet lag required."
