The Agency Dallas Closes $52.8 Million in August 2026, Reaching $343.1 Million Year-to-Date Across 607 Transactions

Independently owned Dallas luxury brokerage records 571 sides from 58 producers year-to-date; month's largest closing was a $5,495,000 sale in Frisco's Newman Village.

DALLAS, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- In August, The Agency Dallas recorded $52,822,267 in closed home sales across 81 transactions and 85 sides from 41 producing agents, bringing the brokerage to $343,126,866 in year-to-date volume across 607 transactions and 571 sides from 58 producers.

The month's largest closing was 12425 Farmstead Drive in Frisco, Texas 75033 — a $5,495,000 sale that closed August 3, 2026, in the guard-gated Homestead enclave of Newman Village. The Agency Dallas represented the seller.

August was the brokerage's second-strongest month of the third quarter and its highest single-month volume since June.

In the Park Cities, where the brokerage is headquartered, NTREIS recorded 13 closed residential sales in Highland Park in August 2026 at a median close price of $1,630,000, and 8 closed residential sales in University Park at a median close price of $2,525,000. In Frisco, the site of the month's largest Agency Dallas closing, NTREIS recorded 208 closed residential sales at a median close price of $643,362.50.
