MINNEAPOLIS, May 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Catersource and the International Caterers Association (ICA) announce the return of the Art of Catering Food, the unique and intimate culinary training event for food industry professionals to learn from world-class caterers. Registration is now open for the Art of Catering Food 2015, which takes place August 10-12 in Salt Lake City, UT. For more information and to save on registration by June 30, visit:

The fourth annual Art of Catering Food invites chefs, owners and industry professionals to gather for three days of culinary-intensive educational sessions. Through up-close and personal learning experiences, attendees will see techniques used by the most successful chefs, examine new ingredients and recipe components, and develop new menu ideas to take back to their own businesses.

Developed with the help of the ICA Culinary Council, the action-packed education schedule allows attendees to participate in every single session without having to pick and choose. With almost every session presenting new recipes, all menu items demonstrated on stage will be available to taste. Keeping the culinary experience at the heart of every catered event, the Art of Catering Food also dives deeper into how catering service owners can run a completely inspired business while improving margins. Registration also includes year-round access to an attendee-only website, which features dozens of catering-tested recipes to add to your menu.

"The Art of Catering Food's intimate environment allows culinary professionals to learn from and network with the most inventive chefs and business-savvy caterers. But beyond that, attendees get to indulge in tastings and a fun celebration while soaking in ideas to bring back to their own operations," said Kathleen Stoehr, Catersource's publisher and executive editor. "We can't wait to kick off the Art of Catering Food 2015 in Salt Lake City."
