Going live on the integrated Deliverect and Thanx stack, The Big Greek Café gains a unified system where loyalty, digital ordering, and fulfillment are fully integrated. The combined platform is designed to address the operational challenges in menu management and platform reliability the brand faced as it scales nationwide, while allowing it to fold its loyalty program directly into the ordering experience rather than keep it siloed.

One Integrated Stack for Ordering and Loyalty

Deliverect Dispatch gives The Big Greek Café delivery on its own app and website without running a fleet. Each order is routed to a courier automatically based on the brand's configuration, so the brand offers delivery on its own channels without negotiating courier contracts market by market or handling marketplace invoicing.

Thanx powers the guest experience and loyalty.
