More than 200 producers will gather at Stazione Leopolda to unveil new vintages and showcase the breadth of Chianti Classico
NEW YORK, Oct. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The world of the Black Rooster returns to Florence on March 1 and 2, 2027, as the Chianti Classico Collection brings together more than 200 producers for the denomination's premier annual showcase at the historic Stazione Leopolda.
Organized by the Consorzio Vino Chianti Classico, the two-day event brings the breadth of Chianti Classico together under one roof, with producers presenting hundreds of new releases spanning Annata, Riserva, and Gran Selezione. Wine trade professionals, journalists, and buyers from around the world will have the opportunity to taste the latest vintages, meet directly with producers, and experience the diversity of the Chianti Classico territory firsthand.
Select programming will also welcome wine enthusiasts and the general public, providing an opportunity to discover the newest releases and connect directly with the producers behind the world of the Black Rooster.
Strategically scheduled to avoid overlap with Wine Paris, the 2027 Chianti Classico Collection offers international trade and media the opportunity to experience both major wine events without having to choose between them. Media and trade interested in attending the Chianti Classico Collection are encouraged to get in touch with the Consorzio's U.S. press office to learn more about attendance opportunities.
Additional details, including participating producers, programming and registration information, will be announced in the coming months.
