John Dunn is the vice president and actuary for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. He oversees Middle and Small Group Sales which generates $3.5 billion in annual premiums. Dunn is involved in key projects related to achieving the company's core business strategies, including strategic planning, national health care reform, product development and pricing.
