The Entrust Group Launches its First IRA Academy Event for Retirement Professionals
OAKLAND, Calif., June 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The first IRA Academy event organized by The Entrust Group will be held Oct. 10 – 14, 2016 at the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. This event will help a wide range of financial and retirement professionals to stay competitive in the retirement field.
The IRA Academy 2016 is a five-day course that will provide retirement professionals detailed, up-to-date education on essential topics related to Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) and IRA-based employer-sponsored plans. This course is organized by The Entrust Group, the nation's leading administrator of self-directed IRAs. The IRA Academy will be held from Oct. 10 to 14, 2016 at the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada and is open to anyone who wants to stay competitive in the retirement field.
This course has been approved by the American Bankers Association (ABA) and the Institute of Certified Bankers (ICB) to prepare candidates for the ABA's Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) exam. Qualified applicants may register for a CISP exam to be proctored on-site on Friday, October 14.
The instructor, John Paul Ruiz, QKA, CISP, Director of Professional Development at The Entrust Group has over 20 years of experience in the retirement and financial service industries. He gained valuable retirement plan insight through his roles at Ascensus, the IRA Institute, and the American Bankers Association, among others.
