SANTA ANA, Calif., April 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The First American Corporation (NYSE: FAF), America's largest provider of business information, announced today that it will host an investor day in advance of the pending separation of its Financial Services and Information Solutions businesses, which is targeted for completion on June 1, 2010.

The event will be held in New York City on Tuesday, May 11, 2010, from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. EDT, and it will feature separate presentations by the executive management teams from each of the pending standalone companies highlighting their respective business operations, strategies and outlooks.
