LAS VEGAS, May 23, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Simon, a global leader in premier shopping, dining and entertainment destinations, has announced that The Slanted Door will be joining The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, opening in 2018. A modern Vietnamese restaurant with roots in San Francisco's Mission District, The Slanted Door will open its first location outside of California, an 8200 square foot restaurant to be situated on Las Vegas Boulevard.

The Slanted Door, which opened its first restaurant in 1995, uses the finest and freshest local ingredients and Vietnamese cooking techniques to create a menu that has been recognized with the exclusive James Beard Outstanding Restaurant award (2014), given to only one restaurant nationally a year.
