ATLANTA, May 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Nandakumar Janakiraman, B.D.S, M.D.S., MDentSc has been named associate professor with the Georgia School of Orthodontics (GSO), which consists of two campus locations in metro Atlanta.

A member of the American Association of Orthodontics, Dr. Janakiraman will be responsible for all aspects of graduate orthodontic education of residents and fellows, including the research program at GSO.

Dr. Janakiraman earned his master's in dental science in orthodontics at the University of Connecticut's School of Dental Medicine. He previously served as the Research Director at the University of Louisville's School of Dentistry, Division of Orthodontics. His impressive professional and scientific publications include cover page features in the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics and the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, as well as a Science Direct Top 25 Best Articles recognition.
