Actress Ana Villafañe and Erin Rodliff Also Join Board
While Former Chair, Ray Lamontagne, Assumes New Role

NEW HAVEN, Conn., Feb. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, which provides "a different kind of healing" to children with serious illness and their families through year-round programs, has named Lynn Fusco and Jeffrey H. Horstman co-chairs of its board. Camp also welcomes actress Ana Villafañe and Erin Rodliff to serve as members. These changes follow Ray Lamontagne's transition to a new leadership role after a 25-year tenure as board chair.

Fusco, president of Fusco Corporation and board member since 1996, brings honed business acumen and an expansive network to this role. Her extensive background in construction management makes her well-suited to guide the organization's build out of the Maryland campus. Horstman, who joined the board in 2022, was both an executive in finance and founder of a non-profit on the Eastern Shore of Maryland that was charged with protecting the rivers that run into the Chesapeake Bay. He is a passionate environmentalist as well as a respected leader in the Eastern Shore community.

The board also welcomes Broadway, TV and film actress, Villafañe, whose previous experiences as a camper provide her unique insight that will guide her board participation. Villafañe joins fellow actors Bradley Cooper and Bridget Moynahan on the board, with all three carrying forward the long history of spirited celebrity engagement that began with Paul Newman.

Rodliff, senior vice president at Travelers, which has a longstanding history of supporting Camp, also joins the board, bringing leadership and oversight experience. Lamontagne will continue his service on the board, spearheading Camp's expansion into Maryland.

About Lynn Fusco:
Lynn is the President and CEO of the Fusco Organization working in various spheres of the Development, Construction and Property Management Companies. She is responsible for ensuring that clients' needs are met and for the Company's overall performance. Under her direction, Fusco built numerous facilities across Connecticut including the Connecticut Tennis Center, UConn 2000 (with Bechtel as a JV Partner), and Yale University's Saybrook College and Timothy Dwight College. She has been on the Board of Directors of The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp since 1996 and has served in various roles as Hole in the Wall's vice-chair, treasurer, secretary and Audit Committee chair since 2011. Currently, she has critical oversight of all contract negotiations and project management for Camp's Queenstown location, ensuring that Camp's best interests and quality engineering are upheld.

About Jeffrey Horstman:
Jeff grew up in Queenstown, Maryland on the Wye River. He and his wife, Beth, built and sold a Pension Consulting and Registered Investment Advisory Firm to Susquehanna Bank and Jeff stayed on as chief operating officer of the Retirement Plan Division for 13 years. While working in finance and pension consulting, Jeff earned an actuarial designation from the American Society of Pension Actuaries and served on pension industry and charitable non-profit boards. After a 35-year career in finance, Jeff returned to the home Farm on Maryland's Eastern Shore to become The Miles and Wye riverkeeper and eventually the executive director of the Midshore Riverkeeper Conservancy, later becoming the founder and executive director of ShoreRivers, which supports environmental programs in restoration, agriculture, education, advocacy and water quality. Jeff's family donated and protected large tracts of land on the Wye River, which eventually became The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, Maryland; the Wye Institute; the University of Maryland Agricultural Resource Center; and the Houghton Science Center

About Ana Villafañe:
Named one of the New York Times' "30 under 30," actress Ana Villafañe will be seen later this year as the title role in feature film Castro's Daughter opposite James Franco, based on the autobiography of Alina Fernandez. Ana was last on stage at Lincoln Center, starring with Holland Taylor in the world premiere of "N/A", directed by Diane Paulus. She will next portray 'Ava Gardner' in Sinatra; the Musical directed by Kathleen Marshall. Her 'supernova' debut was originating the role of 'Gloria Estefan' in global hit musical On Your Feet! directed by Jerry Mitchell (Theatre World Award, Drama League Award Nomination, Outer Critics Circle Nomination) and she starred in the production throughout its entire run. In 2021, Villafañe returned to re-open Broadway post-pandemic as the iconic 'Roxie Hart' in Chicago. About Erin Rodliff:

Erin is SVP and president, Small Commercial at Travelers. She is responsible for leading a $5B business segment, which provides commercial lines insurance coverages to small business owners across the U.S. and Canada.  This accountability includes main street Select business as well as Agribusiness, Northland transportation, and Northfield specialty segments. Erin has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years and with Travelers since 2021. She holds a B.A in Mathematics and Economics from Boston University. Erin is a Massachusetts native. She grew up on Cape Cod and currently resides in Winchester, MA with her husband and three kids.
