The Human Potential Summit to Convene Leading Businesses and Workforce and Education Innovators to Unlock the Power of Talent Transformation

Building on the success of its inaugural year, the Summit will return with a more intimate format focused on action, collaboration, and talent-driven business solutions.

The event will bring together 300 leaders from companies and key stakeholders in the talent ecosystem who will dive into collaborative strategies for strengthening talent systems ranging from turning hiring friction points into opportunities, modernizing talent pipelines to align with evolving hiring needs, using data and AI to guide more informed workforce decisions, and building purpose-driven cultures that boost engagement and retention. The Summit speaker line-up will feature notable innovators from the field who have tested and proven models for talent development.
