Drawing upon nearly three decades of experience working with silk florals, she has transformed her creative passion into a thriving business known for bespoke designs and exceptional attention to detail.

At the same time, Mrs. Crandell has established an accomplished career in veterinary medicine as a Certified Veterinary Technician with more than 20 years of experience across specialty and general practice settings. Her expertise includes surgery, anesthesia and pain management, emergency and critical care, oncology, small exotics, wildlife rehabilitation, patient education, team leadership, and mentorship. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation as a trusted professional and dependable resource for colleagues and clients alike.

Mrs. Crandell earned an Associate of Science degree in Veterinary and Animal Health Technology from Lone Star College, graduating first in her class with a 4.0 grade point average. Her academic achievements earned her numerous honors, including High Honors recognition, a Certificate of Academic Excellence, Dean's List distinction, National Honor Society recognition, and membership in the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.

Her professional credentials include Certified Veterinary Technician status, Peer Support Certificate of Completion, Small Animal CPR Basic and Advanced Life Support certifications through the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care, Certified Pet CPR and First Aid Instructor designation through Pet Emergency Education, and FEMA Certification in Animals in Disasters: Awareness and Preparedness.
Throughout her veterinary career, Mrs. Crandell has served as an instructor, mentor, and dedicated advocate for both animal welfare and the veterinary profession. She has volunteered with Paws Across Pittsburgh and Katie's Cat Rescue, two Pittsburgh-based rescue and foster organizations, and currently supports colleagues nationwide as a Peer Support Volunteer with Not One More Vet, assisting veterinary professionals through personal and professional challenges. CPR & First Aid Instructor with Pet Emergency Education and has worked as a Virtual Veterinary Support Specialist with Petzey, where she successfully guided a pet owner through the delivery of eight healthy puppies via FaceTime. Among her many accomplishments, Mrs. Crandell is particularly proud of graduating first in her class, delivering more than two decades of veterinary patient care, and growing Flowery Ever After from its Etsy launch in 2017 into a flourishing faux floral design business.
