The Jade Signature Celebrates Forbes Travel Guide VERIFIED™ Luxury Residences Designation on Property Lobby

Board, residents and management team celebrate service excellence at Sunny Isles Beach luxury condominium

SUNNY ISLES BEACH, Fla., Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Jade Signature recently brought residents, board members, and its FirstService Residential management team together to present the community's VERIFIED™ Luxury Residences plaque from Forbes Travel Guide and celebrate the recognition.

The celebration marked a milestone for the Sunny Isles Beach community and an opportunity to recognize the people behind the resident experience. In South Florida's competitive luxury residential market, where properties continue to differentiate through architecture, design and amenities, service is an increasingly important part of the equation.

"The event gave us an opportunity to celebrate what this designation represents for our community," said Michael Ryan, general manager of The Jade Signature. "There is a real sense of pride around the recognition, but what matters most is bringing those standards to life every day. That can be as simple as anticipating a resident's return after time away, connecting information across our team and being ready to welcome them back. It's about creating a level of service that feels personal, thoughtful and consistent."

Located along one of South Florida's most sought-after stretches of coastline, The Jade Signature sits within Sunny Isles Beach's established luxury corridor, just north of Bal Harbour. The property's design, resident experience and amenity offering provide a strong environment for advancing a structured, hospitality-informed approach to service.

FirstService Residential, which manages the property, is the first property management company to collaborate with Atelier CX, the consulting division of Forbes Travel Guide, on the development of a brand-wide Service Excellence program that brings world-class hospitality standards into residential living. Today, the company manages seven Forbes VERIFIED Luxury Residences, more than any other residential property management company, and continues to expand its Service Excellence program across hundreds of high-rise communities.

The Jade Signature earned the VERIFIED Luxury Residences designation following a comprehensive verification process evaluating its service culture, operational practices, and resident experience against the program's standards.

The plaque now provides a visible symbol of that achievement, while the work behind it continues every day through training, service standards, measurement, and ongoing improvement.
